In this role, you will report directly to the Building Operations Supervisor, focusing on the maintenance and operation of building facilities. Your responsibility will include directing staff, making sure all health and safety practices are followed, and utilizing a computerized maintenance management system to track work completion. This role offers a chance to enhance your supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC and automation systems
• Coordinate and inspect maintenance activities of staff
• Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance requests




• Prioritize repairs based on safety and operational needs
• Assist with setup and installation of building equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2-year post-secondary diploma in related field required
• 3 years of progressively responsible maintenance experience
• Fourth-Class Power Engineer's License is a must
• Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence needed
