Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty through advanced skincare treatments and personalized services. The Medical Aesthetician will be responsible for providing expert skincare treatments, educating clients on product use, and delivering exceptional guest services to ensure a memorable experience.

Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including laser/ energy enhanced skin treatment
Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
Work collaboratively with the physicians
Provide professional product demos and upselling of skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and satisfaction
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry regulations
Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in/out procedures, and managing guest flow




Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client goals
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results
Support team efforts in maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment

Qualifications
Valid state license as a Medical Aesthetician or equivalent certification required
Prior experience is preferred
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare treatments
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and promote retail sales through upselling techniques
Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry
Willingness to learn recent techniques and stay updated on industry trends

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
