The Canadian Public Safety Operations Organization is seeking an Experienced HR Consultant in Regina. This full time role centers on employee support, performance management, and workplace compliance in a public safety context.

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will work closely with operational leaders and the HR Manager at the Provincial Emergency Communications Centre (PECC) South. You will be tasked with handling essential HR functions while also traveling frequently to the Prince Albert location, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate employee and labour relations support




Manage effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
Oversee performance management practices
Conduct thorough workplace investigations
Ensure understanding and compliance with HR policies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or HR diploma/certificate
5 years of relevant HR experience
CPHR designation is a plus
Knowledge of Saskatchewan HR laws
Robust verbal and written communication skills
