Shape the Partner experience with United Services Group as a Partner Relations Manager in Western Canada. This position focuses on onboarding and ongoing performance improvement for all Partners/Employees.

You will report to the Head of Partner Relations, concentrating on creating a culture of fairness and respect. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing Partner retention and Customer experience. Collaborate with various departments to enforce compliance and support regional goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Customize learning plans based on analytics
Implement random audits based on performance metrics
Lead regional meetings with key stakeholders
Address Partner concerns in a timely manner
Support recruitment efforts for Partner leads

Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in the industry
Post-secondary degree in business or related field
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Willingness to travel within the territory frequently
Robust technology skills in Salesforce and Microsoft

Build solid relationships and develop skills within the Partner network to ensure continued success at United.
