Duties
Prepare and assemble baked goods, cakes, pastries, and confections with precision and flair, incorporating expert cake decorating techniques.
Handle food preparation tasks including mixing, baking, frosting, and packaging to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
Assist in the setup of display cases and packaging of finished products for sale or catering orders.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations.
Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing inventory levels,



and cleaning workstations regularly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of all baked goods while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Kitchen experience involving food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality control.
Familiarity with food packaging processes and maintaining product presentation standards.
Prior experience in cooking or food industry roles is highly desirable; certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
