Key Responsibilities:
• Provide initial client contact and needs assessment

• Participate in community resource coordination

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Two years of experience in direct support roles
• Proven communication skills in English, French as an asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
• Active membership in CRPO or a social work college
