Tiger Tool is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in machining, with a proven ability to set up and operate a variety of CNC equipment in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. This position is for our afternoon shift, from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, and applicants must be available to work these hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and mill/turn machines.
Ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient machining of components to specifications.
Perform routine inspections and measurements to maintain tolerances.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Safely and effectively run multiple CNC machines simultaneously when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of machining experience in a CNC manufacturing environment.
Proficient in setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and mill/turn equipment.




Robust mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and machining requirements.
Experience operating multiple CNC machines concurrently is an asset.
Familiarity with Fanuc and Okuma turning controls is preferred.
Comfortable working in a production environment, including taking responsibility for multiple machines utilizing automation.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
