Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction/Installer Helper for a direct hire prospect in Burlington, ON. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys working on client sites, using tools, supporting installation projects, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation of products at client sites and job locations.
Take accurate measurements to support proper installation and service work.




Help diagnose service requests and support troubleshooting during site visits.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment daily at the shop and job sites.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during and after each project.
Perform additional construction, installation, and site support duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Direct hire, permanent position.
Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Day shift.
