Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this vital role, you will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing loss, and ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Responsibilities
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the facility and surrounding areas.
Authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and issuing passes as needed.
Perform patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.




Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and deterring theft or vandalism.
Enforce security policies and procedures consistently to uphold safety standards across the site.

Experience
Prior experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with surveillance technology, including CCTV systems, is essential.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices in security management.
Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring activity and identifying risks.
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
Certification in security operations or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory.
