Job Summary

Duties
Deliver personalized home care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences
Assist with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living setting
Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary




Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive, engaging atmosphere
Document care activities thoroughly and communicate any changes or concerns to supervising staff promptly

Skills
Fluent in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments
Strong background in patient care, senior care, or hospice support
Knowledge of dementia care, disabilities support, and medication administration procedures
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
Physically capable of heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks
Compassionate attitude with excellent caregiving skills and patience for working with diverse populations
