On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 to 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex - Job Description:
This project involves migrating from the Ion platform to Murex for FX and money market operations, with a substantial budget of $10M. The successful candidate will lead and manage the full program end-to-end, ensuring that the transition is completed by December 28, 2026.

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex - Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders
Implement robust project management methodologies
Consistently interact professionally with clients to manage project expectations
Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables
Effectively manage changing priorities, project risks, and issues





IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex - Mandatory Skills:
10+ years’ project management experience
Hands-on experience with Murex and experience in Treasury and Capital market
10+ years of experience with demonstrated executive presence and proven delivery leadership
Experience managing projects with budgets of $10 million or more

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in other Top 5 banks / FIs
ION experience is preferred

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
