Requiring Private In-Home Care For A Fully Dependent Individual.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 6am - 8am and 3:30pm to 7:30pm and Weekends / Saturday (8am-8pm), Sunday (8am- 8pm).

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide care to client such as medication administration, vitals, monitoring client’s health.
Help clients with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living).
Comfortable working with all ages having cognitive and physical disabilities / fully dependent clients.
Follow Activities and Outing Calendar for the life enrichment program.
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.




Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.

Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a recognized program
Must hold valid certification in First Aid and CPR
Prior to employment, obtain a explicit criminal record check with vulnerable sector check
Comfortable working with all ages having cognitive and physical disabilities and fully dependent clients.
Must have valid Class 5 driver's license

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
