Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Federation
Engage volunteers and staff in implementing community initiatives

Requirements:
At least three years in a senior managerial role
Experience in a nonprofit setting, preferably in the Jewish community
Passion for and understanding of Jewish culture
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Capacity for analytical thinking and problem-solving
