As an Occupational Therapist, you will engage in consultations, evaluations, and recommend home adjustments for clients before discharge. Your role includes promoting safety standards within the hospital and contributing to departmental activities that align with corporate objectives. Candidates with geriatric experience and solid communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client-centered Occupational Therapy services
• Conduct thorough evaluations and treatment planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams




• Assess home environments pre-discharge
• Participate in departmental and corporate professional activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Registered member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Experience with geriatric clients is an asset
• French language skills are advantageous
• Certification in MOCA administration is beneficial
