Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients
Prepare and package medications for distribution
Maintain accurate patient records and profiles
Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service and patient care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines

Experience:
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
Familiarity with medication names, dosages, and uses
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Skills:
Medication administration:



Proficient in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and safely.
Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate care to patients, answer their questions, and address their concerns.
Hospital: Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.
