Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase perks and encourage upselling opportunities
Assist customers with merchandise selection, merchandising displays, and inventory management
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized store displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products simply and effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising and stock levels
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cashiering duties as needed
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and phone etiquette is a plus
