Lexus of Edmonton is expanding and looking to hire an Appointment Coordinator to join our busy Service BDC Department.

As a part of our Service BDC, you will be responsible for responding to guest inquires, and assisting them with all of their vehicle and servicing needs. The successful candidate will be professional, motivated and guest experience orientated. Experience with ERA Ignite is considered an asset.

Qualifications:
Ability to provide the highest level of Guest experience
Completion of Grade 12 or higher
Exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills.
Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast paced office setting
Sales experience an asset
