Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies daily
• Supervise operations and provide coaching to the team




• Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Plan and direct work assignments for Operators
• Oversee training and onboarding for current hires

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in a supervisory role
• Class 3 driver's license required
• Familiarity with waste management and environmental services
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as required
