Circles & Squares Bakery is looking for a Mixer to join our production team.

About the Role

As a Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately scaling and mixing a wide range of doughs, batters, crumbles, fillings, and other recipes while maintaining product quality and consistency across all batches. This role requires a detail-oriented, reliable team member who thrives in a production setting and contributes to a positive, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately scale and mix doughs, batters, fillings, and other components according to recipes and production schedules
Operate mixers and related equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure consistency and quality across all batches
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with best practices
Assist with general production tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills
Strong English communication and comprehension skills are essential for understanding recipes, safety procedures, and workplace instructions




Experience in a commercial bakery or food production setting is an asset, ideally 2 or more years of mixing or baking experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in a high-volume setting
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Understanding of bakery techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to lift ingredient bags up to 20 kg
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
Passion for baking and commitment to continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour
