Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through effective problem-solving and personalized service.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and qualified manner.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.




Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently.
Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in hotel operations or front desk management is preferred.
Proficient in phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.80-$18.00 per hour
