In this full-time position, you will lead recreation services by assessing resident interests and designing programs that support cognitive, social, and physical wellness. • Create and monitor individualized recreation programs • Develop strategies to promote positive resident behavior • Deliver therapeutic interventions enhancing participation • Engage in care planning and interdisciplinary discussions • Oversee recreation department scheduling and reports

Requirements: • Qualified in Recreation Therapy from an accredited institution • 3+ years experience in therapeutic recreation • Robust communication and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of gerontology preferred • Vulnerable Sector Check required
