Customer Service / Production Coordinator

A large, privately owned manufacturer experiencing strong double-digit growth is hiring a Customer Service / Production Coordinator.

This position acts as an important link between customers, Sales and Production, helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately and move through production and shipping on schedule.

Responsibilities
Coordinate customer orders from receipt through production and shipment.
Work closely with customers, Sales and Production to communicate order requirements and timelines.
Assist with production scheduling and material requirements.
Verify order information for accurate invoicing.
Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers as required.
Track customer requests and related KPIs.
Review customer feedback and help identify opportunities for improvement.




Work within established Quality Management Systems and procedures.

Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support or production coordination, preferably within manufacturing.
Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
Post-secondary education is an asset.
