A Calgary-based client is looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and drive operational efficiency. The successful candidate will optimize production processes, uphold safety and quality standards, manage resources and costs, and ensure production targets and customer commitments are achieved. This role also focuses on fostering a high-performance culture through effective hiring, coaching, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
Lead, coach, and develop production teams through hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
Plan workflows, assign work, and align daily operations with business objectives.
Oversee production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery.




Promote workplace safety through compliance, inspections, PPE enforcement, and HACCP participation.
Manage resources and inventory to support operational efficiency and accuracy.

Your strengths include:
5+ years of production experience in a manufacturing workplace, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Robust leadership, communication and performance management skills.
Proven operational planning, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Feed production experience and forklift certification are considered assets.
