The role administers staff, materials, equipment and contractor resources for the potable water distribution system and oversees in office operations to ensure safe, productive completion of projects. The successful candidate will hold a Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate, have 4+ years as an operator (OIC experience a plus), and demonstrate robust leadership, planning, and communication skills.
