This role combines technical expertise with project leadership, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant designs are delivered on time and within budget.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and understands how electrical systems fuel business performance, innovation, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering scope for projects from well sites to gas processing facilitiesOversee and review power system designs (SLDs, MCCs, layouts, schematics, cable routing)Direct power system studies and validate results (SKM, ETAP)Manage project deliverables, schedules, and resource planningAct as primary client contact for electrical scope; ensure alignment with expectationsCoordinate across disciplines and vendors to integrate systems into final designReview and approve hazardous area classifications and emission studiesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to EIC team membersReview, approve, and ensure compliance of all electrical drawings with codes and standardsLead equipment selection, vendor evaluations, and procurement supportSupport project budgeting, scope definition, and execution planningDrive consistency in EIC standards and best practices across projectsLead design reviews, risk assessments, and HAZOP/SIL participationResolve technical issues and elevate key risks to project leadershipSupport development of team procedures, training,
