Coupa).Experience in design and execute hardware reconciliations.Hands-on experience in managing asset classes such as servers, network devices, end user devices.Solid understanding of HAM lifecycle from ordering to disposal.Demonstrated process design (lifecycle, RACI, SOPs) to meet and align with audit and compliance requirements.Strong documentation and training skills.Building dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with explicit metrics and KPI orientation.Experience in a highly regulated industry (i.E. banking) is an asset.HAM related certification is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
