What are your contributions to the team?

• Provide planning with the requirements to execute maintenance on the site’s equipment (parts, manpower, work orders, documentation, etc.)
• Develop and deploy preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Analyze equipment failures, proceed to root cause analysis and support implementing solutions
• Track key equipment performance (maintenance cost, OEE, strategy, etc.)
  
  
  
  
• Be a leader of continuous improvement for the area you support
• Support resolving supply chain issues in finding alternatives
• Lead critical troubleshooting situations to allow best‑in‑class equipment return to service
• Act as the equipment maintenance department representative in asset acquisition process

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a university diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automated Manufacturing engineering and/or relevant college degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• You have the ability synthetize, vulgarize and present complex technical information.
• You have work under pressure, like multitasking and are known to fulfill your commitments.
• You have organizational awareness, an excellent team player, are perseverant and have good judgement.
• You master French and English, you are Bilingual.
• You have experience in and are passionate about equipment maintenance.
