Manage site activities while ensuring safety and quality standards across all projects.As a Site Superintendent, you will be integral to our project's success by ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Keep training consistent with MECI programs
Ensure effective communication with safety departments
Understand project scopes and control estimates
Develop site-specific work plans with team input
Provide daily updates and maintain project schedulesRequirements:
5 years of experience in a Superintendent role
Degree or diploma in engineering or relevant field
Experience with Indigenous partnerships preferred
Robust planning and organizational skills
