Drive excellence in technical standards and asset lifecycle optimization in this hybrid role.Reporting to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management, this role is essential in defining engineering standards and aligning them with long-term asset performance goals. A minimum of five years in a leadership capacity is required, with emphasis on electric utility engineering. You will facilitate a culture focused on safety, reliability, and proactive asset management.Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide engineers towards high performance
Align standards with proactive asset renewal approaches
Lead the optimization of Asset Management methodologies




Oversee engineering compliance and standards enforcement
Manage departmental operational budgets effectivelyRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Skilled Engineer license
Five years of experience in a leadership role
Familiarity with ISO 55000 Asset Management principles
Proficient in Google Workspace and office tools
