Become a part of Leavitt Machinery's team as a Shop Labourer in Fort McMurray, Alberta. In this onsite position, you'll ensure the protected handling of equipment and provide vital shop support.

As a Shop Labourer, you will engage directly in equipment movement, inspections, and general tasks that support our operations. This role is key to maintaining workflow and efficiency, focusing on safety and teamwork. Your responsibilities include equipment cleaning, loading, and assisting with minor repairs under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
• Wash, fuel, and inspect rental equipment
• Report equipment damage and maintenance issues
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and protected work area

Requirements:
• Completion of pre-apprentice heavy-duty mechanic program preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous mechanical experience is an asset
• Solid commitment to workplace safety
