Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and environmental scans for policy development • Develop evidence-based recommendations for management decisions • Evaluate policy risks and impacts for sustained improvements • Prepare briefing materials and decision-support documents • Maintain effective relationships with operational teams and partners
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with 7 years or Master’s with 5 years of experience • Expertise in policy development or analysis • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills • Experience using AI and digital tools in policy work • Proven ability to evaluate complex issues and make recommendations
