Startec Compression & Process is seeking an Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee all instrumentation tasks at our Shepard Shop in Calgary. The role demands experienced leadership in instrumentation installation, calibration, and troubleshooting within a fabrication environment. You'll ensure compliance with engineering standards while mentoring and developing a skilled team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee installation, calibration,



and tubing fabrication • Ensure instrument function through comprehensive testing • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and codes • Plan and schedule instrumentation work effectively • Mentor technicians to enhance their skills

Requirements: • Journeyperson Certificate in Instrumentation required • 8+ years of relevant instrumentation experience • Solid knowledge of engineering diagrams and instrumentation • Proven leadership and communication abilities • Familiarity with the Alberta OHS Regulations
