Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a well-established mid-sized law firm on the search for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal. This role will support one lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on residential transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys managing files independently while working in a a collaborative firm setting.

Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of residential real estate files from open to close
Prepare and review purchase and sale agreements and closing documents
Conduct title searches and review title insurance
Coordinate with lenders, builders, clients, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth closings
Review statements of adjustments and trust letters
Manage key closing dates and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain organized file documentation and support the lawyer throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
5+ years of real estate paralegal experience
Strong understanding of Manitoba real estate processes and documentation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
