Craftsman Collision is seeking an Estimator for their Kelowna location. In this role, you will need strong customer service skills and the ability to educate clients about the repair process. Familiarity with estimating software such as Mitchell and Audatex is a plus but not required for highly motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Determine customer requirements for estimates and bookings
• Educate clients on the claims and repair process
• Inspect vehicles to assess damage for accurate estimates
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in estimating software preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
