Join the Primary Care Network as a Mental Health & Substance Use Clinician. This in office role provides vital support for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges.

As a crucial member of the Primary Care Network (PCN), you will support those with mild to moderate mental health and substance use issues. The role focuses on client assessment and formulating effective treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Your advocacy allows clients to access essential community services, making a real difference in their recoveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for clients in need
• Develop engagement and treatment plans collaboratively
• Facilitate access to community rehabilitation programs




• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation
• Provide educational resources to clients and families

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline
• Two years of relevant psychiatric experience
• Valid B.C. Driver’s License
• Robust knowledge of CBT and psychotherapeutic techniques
• Ability to assess using standardized tools

Utilize your assessment and counseling skills to empower recovery journeys for individuals struggling with mental health and substance use challenges.
