Indwell is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Streetsville program in Mississauga. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, provide mentorship, and support residents in maintaining health and housing. The role requires resilience and in office leadership to sustain program operations.
You will collaborate with the Program Manager and HR, oversee onboarding, and drive continuous program improvement while upholding Indwell’s mission and values. Evening and weekend flexibility are required.
