As the Supervisor of Aquatics, you will oversee the planning and execution of meaningful aquatic programs at municipal pools. You will ensure inclusive activities for all ages while managing team dynamics and evaluating program effectiveness. Your role also involves community engagement, partnership building, and enhancing customer satisfaction in aquatic services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop aquatic programs for all ages
• Recruit and evaluate aquatic staff performance




• Oversee operations and safety at aquatic facilities
• Analyze community needs and trends in programming
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance service use

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education completion
• Experience supervising in an aquatic setting
• Current Lifesaving Society and CPR certifications
• Budget management skills
• Effective communication across various stakeholders
