Define and enforce Java/Kotlin coding standards and architectural guidelines
Document and manage engineering standards as a single source of truth




Lead the implementation of code quality and compliance initiatives
Recommend tools and frameworks for improved backend consistency
Provide insights on AI adoption guidelines for backend engineeringRequirements:
6+ years of software engineering experience
Strong knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD practices
Proven ability to define and implement standards
Experience with up-to-date developer tooling, like SonarQube
