Drive excellence as a Manager of Finance & Accounting in our creative Finance team. Collaborate with the VP of Finance to improve processes and reporting amidst growth.
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, your role will lead the daily accounting operations and enhance the team’s team-oriented efforts. You will ensure that financial reporting is accurate and that financial controls robustly uphold our compliance in both Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions. Your leadership and insights will underpin critical financial planning and sound organizational decisions throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations and workflow
• Secure accuracy in financial reporting and controls
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations in both countries
• Promote continuous improvement in finance processes
Requirements:
• Solid foundation in technical accounting required
• Management experience within finance preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian financial compliance
• Effective collaboration with operational leaders needed
