About The Role HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to lead program management services and service delivery technology across the Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors). This is a hybrid leadership role combining: Program Management Business Class Leadership (:30%) Resources Service Delivery Technology Lead (:30%) Technical Project Execution / Project Leadership (:40%) You will connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation while working closely with leadership and technology teams.



Primary Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role is to provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of our program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group. This position reports to the Resources Skilled Services Director (with dashed line reporting to the Resources Program Management Director and Resources Technology Director) through an operating Area and maintains close coordination with other Service Delivery Business Class Leads, the Resources Cross Sector Technology Lead, and the Resources Digital Delivery Lead. This position will leverage HDR performance metrics and tools to monitor the health and performance of the Resources Program Management business class and support continued business group success. This position serves as a senior technical and strategic leader along with advancing the alignment, integration and strategic direction for technology within the Resources Business Group. This role will help shape our strategic plan for the next three to five years, and position HDR as a differentiator in the marketplace.
