SUMMARY OF THE POSITION The occupational therapist evaluates the functional abilities of a user, determines and implements a treatment and intervention plan, develops, restores or maintains abilities, remedies incapacities, minimizes handicaps, and adapts the workplace in order to promote optimal autonomy. She/he participates in clinical teaching. REQUIREMENTS Education:
Hold a Master degree in Occupational Therapy;
Must be a member of the Ordre professionel des ergothérapeutes du Québec; Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience;
Work experience in interdisciplinary team;
Participation in education or training activities in rehabilitation. Knowledge and Abilities:

You are creative and recognized for your interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage several files and mandates at the same time and meet established deadlines;
Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills;
Excellent planning and decision-making skills;
Valuable knowledge of thecomputer tools of the Office suite. Language:
Fluent in English;
Fluency in Cree or French is an asset.
