Bushbalm is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support our growing Ottawa team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR operations in a rapid-paced startup workplace.

This role requires 1–3 years in HR or related roles, a diploma in HR or business administration, and comfort with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Humi. Canada and USA coverage and CHRP are assets; salary ranges between 50k and 55k CAD.
