Key Responsibilities:



• Define CI and BPM scopes by analyzing stakeholder needs • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in existing processes • Facilitate cross-functional workshops for solution alignment • Document processes using BPMN 2.0 standards • Monitor performance measures, including quality and cycle time

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant domain • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred • 5-7 years in continuous improvement or business management • Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process analysis • Strong data analysis skills for process performance
