Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staffing, including scheduling and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
• Develop individual-focused service strategies




• Liaise with families and community partners consistently

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience
• Experience in community services or healthcare is a plus
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Class 5F Manitoba driver’s license
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
