Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with resident bathing and personal care
• Use appropriate equipment for secure resident transfers
• Feed residents according to nutrition plans
• Perform routine treatments under nurse supervision
• Help residents access communal areas and activities
Requirements:
• One year experience in a care environment preferred
• Completion of recognized PCA/HCA certificate
• Must be registered with CLHA
• Excellent English communication skills
• Post-secondary education beneficial
