Senior Claims Examiner - Cyber Hybrid 2-3 days from Toronto office $135,000 - $165,000 + 15% annual bonus A leading insurance organization hiring a Senior Claims Examiner for their Cyber team. This is a senior-level technical role handling complex a range of cyber claims (1st and 3rd party), along with other PL claims as required. You will manage mid to high-exposure claims from first notice through resolution, with a solid focus on coverage analysis, litigation strategy, and stakeholder management. Adjuster License in Canada essential to be considered. Key Responsibilities Handle mid to complex cyber and tech E&O claims through to conclusion Lead coverage investigations and draft detailed coverage position letters independently Manage litigated files, coordinating defense counsel and driving strategy through to resolution Evaluate liability, damages,



and settlement exposure on higher-severity claims Maintain strong relationships with brokers, insureds, attorneys, and internal stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years cyber claims experience - ideally with 1st and 3rd party cyber experience Experience within other PL claims such as Tech E&O, Media E&O or other E&O claims beneficial Strong exposure to coverage interpretation and other coverage matters Experienced within litigation through all stages of the claims process Background with a reputable carrier or law firm Bachelor's degree required; Adjuster License in Canada essential What's on Offer Competitive base salary ($135,000 - $165,000) + 15% annual bonus 20 days PTO and excellent benefits Clear progression path within a growing claims organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
