Responsibilities
Complete post-construction cleaning and debris removal
Perform turnover suite cleans to move-in-ready standards
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, appliances, and all surfaces
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail units
Report any deficiencies or damages
Requirements
Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee)
Valid Business/Company Registration
Valid GST/HST Number
Current Commercial General Liability Insurance
Current Provincial Workers' Compensation/Labour Insurance (Nova Scotia WCB coverage, where applicable)
Reliable transportation
Own cleaning equipment and supplies
Experience in post-construction or turnover cleaning preferred
Compensation
Competitive contract rates
Bi-weekly payment schedule
Ongoing work available for qualified Independent Contractors
