Qualifications: Grade 12 education or an equivalent combination of education and experience Related experience in a health care setting Previous customer service experience in a clinical setting Excellent communication and team work skills, and a proven eagerness to be part of a team Proven ability to perform well in an organized, efficient, and independent manner and the ability to work under pressure Demonstrated knowledge of "Teletracking" Working knowledge of computer software and electronic devices Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal/people skills (patient and familycentred philosophy of care) Ability to work with minimal supervision Flexible in related duties Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the job (ie. Heavy lifting and extensive walking). Salary Range:
