Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct employer development calls in various sectors • Create marketing plans to attract diverse employers • Prepare and present information to prospective employers • Advise students on job search strategies and co-op processes • Monitor student performance and workplace satisfaction

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience • Robust understanding of employment market trends • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
