This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a passion for collaboration.As part of Dream’s Development & Income Property Accounting team, you'll direct financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for numerous residential and commercial assets. Your role will involve detailed financial reporting, budgeting, and mentorship, all within a dynamic, rapid-paced workplace. Collaboration with various stakeholders is key to success in this position.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting cycles and high-risk transaction reviews
Prepare financial analyses and communicate findings to Senior Management
Ensure reliability of financial records and oversee compliance




Lead the design of IT and financial reporting processes
Train and guide the accounting team for effective performanceRequirements:
CPA designation preferred with at least 3 years of experience
Solid month-end close and financial statement preparation knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards beneficial
Experience with managing diverse operating asset arrangements
